📋 Description
• Supabase is an open-source database platform built by developers for developers. • We’re looking for our first Support Engineering Manager in the EMEA region. • This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our global support organization, drive operational excellence, and play a key role as we continue to expand.
🎯 Requirements
• Some experience leading or mentoring a technical team (support, engineering, or similar)—formal management experience is a plus but not required. • Strong troubleshooting skills from a background in systems administration, database management, DevOps, or a related field. • Familiarity with SQL (especially PostgreSQL) and a willingness to learn more. • Comfortable using Linux/Unix operating systems and the command line for basic troubleshooting. • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. • Experience working with GitHub Issues and Discussions is a plus. • Bonus: Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, or Svelte, and some experience with Node.js.
