📋 Description

• SuperAwesome is an award-winning technology company that powers the youth digital ecosystem. • We are seeking a passionate and seasoned Senior Data Scientist to lead our data science efforts. • Shape our data science strategy and drive innovation across the organization. • Spearhead cross-cutting data science initiatives, collaborating with teams across the organisation to identify and solve high-impact business problems. • Shape data science practices and processes across SuperAwesome, ensuring that we are using the most effective and innovative methods. • Develop and deploy machine learning models to improve our products and services. • Conduct research and development to explore new data science techniques and technologies. • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to a range of audiences. • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science. • Be a hands-on mentor for fellow data analysts and scientists.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid background in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. • Extensive experience as a data scientist, with a proven track record of successful projects. • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling. • Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Bonus Points: Experience in the adtech industry. • Experience with natural language processing or computer vision.
