• We are an innovative iGaming company offering a comprehensive suite of crypto-focused products, including sportsbook and casino experiences. • Our mission is to create the most effortless and accessible betting and gaming entertainment experience. • We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Support Specialist to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO). • The role involves a blend of administrative support, executive assistant responsibilities, operational coordination, and process documentation. • The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional self-discipline, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust and collaboration across teams.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience (2+ years) in an administrative, operations, or support role. • Previous experience supporting C-level executives in an administrative or EA capacity. • Strong organisational and time management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Experience in using Jira/Confluence would be a plus. • Any IT-related certifications such as Scrum Master, Project Management, or Cloud certifications would be looked upon favourably.
