📋 Description
This is a remote position • Superlanet is seeking an experienced Epic Cadence Analyst to support our healthcare client in Arizona • This part-time contract opportunity has the potential to extend through early next year and requires onsite presence for go-lives • Key Responsibilities: Provide Epic Cadence application support, including system build, optimization, and troubleshooting • Assist with appointment requests, work queues, and visit type consolidation to improve scheduling workflows • Assist with go-live preparations, training, and post-go-live support • Analyze system performance and recommend improvements • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless Epic integration with other applications.
🎯 Requirements
Epic Cadence certification required • Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting Epic Cadence in a healthcare setting • Experience with scheduling workflows and integration points within Epic • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with end users and IT teams • Availability to be onsite for go-lives as required.
🏖️ Benefits
