📋 Description

This is a remote position • Superlanet is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our well-known healthcare client in Northern California • This role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and specific experience with the iCertis platform • This is a 9 month contract and remote opportunity, but travel is required for specific project milestones • Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the implementation and optimization of the iCertis platform for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and closure, while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, procurement, and other stakeholders, to define project requirements and objectives • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and communication plans • Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track • Provide expert-level guidance on CLM processes and best practices to ensure the effective adoption of iCertis solutions • Monitor project performance and deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations and quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of project management experience, with a focus on technical projects in complex environments • Strong expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes and tools, with hands-on experience in iCertis platform implementation and management • Agile certifications, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), are strongly preferred • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus • Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
