Requirements

• You truly believe in our vision • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., technical implementation, solutions engineering, or customer success). • Experience with SaaS implementations and proficiency in managing multiple projects at once. • Proficiency with Excel and strong general technical/data savviness. • Experience working with APIs and basic integration tools like Zapier. • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools to manage customer onboarding and internal collaboration. • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with SQL or database querying to assist in troubleshooting and reporting. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative development processes. • Prior experience in customer onboarding in SaaS environments is a plus.
