β’ You truly believe in our vision β’ 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., technical implementation, solutions engineering, or customer success). β’ Experience with SaaS implementations and proficiency in managing multiple projects at once. β’ Proficiency with Excel and strong general technical/data savviness. β’ Experience working with APIs and basic integration tools like Zapier. β’ Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools to manage customer onboarding and internal collaboration. β’ Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. β’ Experience with SQL or database querying to assist in troubleshooting and reporting. β’ Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative development processes. β’ Prior experience in customer onboarding in SaaS environments is a plus.
