Requirements

β€’ You truly believe in our vision β€’ 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., technical implementation, solutions engineering, or customer success). β€’ Experience with SaaS implementations and proficiency in managing multiple projects at once. β€’ Proficiency with Excel and strong general technical/data savviness. β€’ Experience working with APIs and basic integration tools like Zapier. β€’ Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools to manage customer onboarding and internal collaboration. β€’ Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. β€’ Experience with SQL or database querying to assist in troubleshooting and reporting. β€’ Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative development processes. β€’ Prior experience in customer onboarding in SaaS environments is a plus.
