• At Superside, we enable growth, drive performance, and create a remote environment where people thrive. • As a Lead People Success Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders (Directors, VPs, and C-suite) to shape talent strategies, leadership development, and cultural initiatives that strengthen our high-performance, people-first culture. • From performance calibrations to change management and engagement initiatives, you’ll play a key role in optimizing retention, ensuring managers are set up for success, and reinforcing a culture where speed, excellence, and kindness define how we work. • If you’re passionate about strategic people leadership, coaching senior stakeholders, and driving talent success, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in People Success, HR Business Partnering, or Talent Strategy, ideally in high-growth or remote-first companies. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and present ideas clearly to senior leaders. • Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset, capable of identifying root causes and developing strategic People solutions. • Empathy, discretion, and sound judgment, especially in sensitive conversations and leadership coaching. • Curious, proactive, and adaptable, with a growth mindset and eagerness to drive continuous improvement. • Strong change management skills, able to guide teams through transformation and evolving company structures. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ensuring structured processes and smooth execution. • Tech-savvy and data-driven, with proficiency in G Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides), preferably with experience with data visualization tools.
