• Work closely with Superside leaders to enable them to build and manage highly engaged and high performing teams • Lead talent reviews with people leaders and drive transformative interventions and initiatives • Analyze trends and key metrics to put forward recommendations for high engagement and performance • Conduct user research & testing to gather meaningful insights and test hypotheses • Coach managers and individual contributors to inspire and motivate them • Collaborate closely with peers in People Care and other relevant teams
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Psychology, Human Resources, Management or related fields • 2 + years of relevant work experience, ideally in a consultancy firm specialising in HR services • Proven communication skills in English • Strong empathy and discretion • Ability to adapt to constant change and work remotely • Proficient in G Suite, especially Google Sheets and Google Slides • Attention to detail and passion for systems and structure
