β’ Primary tasks will revolve around timely and accurate billing of all service invoices β’ Processing credit card payments for all service billings β’ Process customer repair billing invoices β’ Answering inquiries through email and chat β’ Redirecting external and internal clients to their respective point of contact in need. β’ ο»ΏRunning necessary business reports and collating the data as needed. β’ Completing billings for vendor partnerships and submitting necessary documentation to our internal and external partners β’ Other tasks as needed.
