Requirements
• 3+ years of software development experience, demonstrating a growing expertise in software engineering principles and practices. • Proficiency in our core technology stack (Ruby on Rails, React) and openness to learning new tools and languages. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges. • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a track record of successful collaboration in a multi-disciplinary team. • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, commit to self-development, and contribute positively to team dynamics. • Solid understanding of computing theory and fundamentals, such as algorithms, time/space complexity analysis, and data structures
