Description

• Monitor and manage program performance to contractual metrics. • Conduct regular customer analysis to review margin and growth. • Serve as the primary point of contact for DLA and vendors. • Track, manage, and oversee internal projects. • Oversee new programs, ensuring processes flow smoothly. • Establish new accounts by calling target accounts. • Analyze queues to ensure workload is balanced. • Manage and monitor discrepancy report activity.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Higher education preferred or equivalent experience. • 3 years’ managerial experience with government contracts. • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. • Highly meticulous and organized. • Proven ability to maintain composure with unexpected changes. • Strong attention to detail is needed. • Self-driven and proactive in nature. • Demonstrates strong team-building qualities. • PC proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
