• Managing vendor payments and resolving discrepancies • Reviewing invoices and processing payments • Reconciling accounts and maintaining vendor relationships • Inputting and maintaining accurate financial records using NetSuite • Responding to vendor and co-worker inquiries timely and professionally
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma required (Accounting or Business-related degree preferred) • 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar financial operations • Proficiency in data entry and financial systems (experience with NetSuite is a plus) • Strong ability to identify discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Proactive mindset with a strong ability to troubleshoot issues • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Positive attitude with a collaborative approach
