Description

• Provides basic technical support to customers experiencing technical issues • Identifies and troubleshoots technical problems, and provides timely solutions • Communicates technical solutions to non-technical customers clearly • Escalates complex issues to higher-level team members as necessary • Documents customer interactions in a CRM system • Improves knowledge by participating in training programs • Collaborates with other departments to resolve customer issues • Maintains a positive attitude toward customers and colleagues • Adheres to company policies • Meets or exceeds performance targets for KPI’s

Requirements

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent • Minimum 6 months experience as technical support role or equivalent • Must have remote access experience and troubleshooting for network, software and hardware issues • Basic cryptocurrency experience or personal experience in using it • Good communication skills, both verbal and written • Experience using a CRM preferred • Valid working Visa for Non-Filipino citizen
