• Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written) • 1–2 years of prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role • Demonstrable experience in working with logs, including proficiency in interpreting, analyzing, and leveraging log data for troubleshooting, system optimization, and security analysis • Strong familiarity with CRMs and ticketing/support systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, Freshdesk) • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems • Solid understanding of how hardware and software platforms interact with one another • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal skills
