•We’re building a helpdesk CRM that’s better than what’s out there — think of it as a smarter, improved version of Zendesk. •We’re looking for a passionate Product Marketing Manager to join our team. •As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be key in making SupportYourApp the go-to choice for companies wanting to improve their support services. •You’ll work closely with the VP of Product to help our teams test and grow our products, ensuring we meet our goals and deliver great value to our customers. •This role is all about planning and quickly executing. You should NOT be afraid to fail. •We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager with experience in B2B, a clear vision, and the confidence to lead in this exciting challenge. •Join us and help reshape the future of customer support! •Develop and implement a successful marketing strategy for the product to effectively communicate product value to the market and to achieve business goals; •Plan and execute marketing budget; •Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and differentiation opportunities; •Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to execute marketing plans flawlessly; •Build comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches; •Based on market research results, craft compelling product positioning and messaging that highlights the product’s unique value proposition and resonates with target customers.
•Fluent communication skills in written and spoken English (at least C1); •A minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the B2B tech industry or SaaS products; •Experience with US, EU markets; •Proven expertise in conducting market research, user behavior analysis, and developing winning positioning and messaging strategies; •Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
