• Our Mission: Swapcard is the leading AI-powered event platform designed to drive revenue growth and foster meaningful connections at in-person and hybrid events. • Our Vision: At Swapcard, we believe in the power of meaningful connections. • We are looking for a dynamic and strategic People Development Partner to oversee and enhance the employee lifecycle experience while driving learning and development initiatives. • This role will focus on onboarding, integration, training, and offboarding, ensuring employees and managers are supported. • The ideal candidate will contribute to broader People & Culture initiatives and activities, including engagement, performance, and workforce planning.
Requirements
• Proven experience in HR, Learning & Development, or Employee Experience roles. • Proficiency utilizing Learning Management Systems (e.g. 360Learning) and other learning content creation tools. • Strong skills in analytical and CRM tools, particularly Google Sheets and Excel, for data tracking, analysis, and generating insights. • Solid expertise of onboarding, training, and performance management processes. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to build relationships and provide guidance to managers and employees. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and report on HR metrics
