📋 Description
• As part of the Product team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation for our cutting-edge carbon and ESG platform • Understand the Sweep app inside out, and stay up-to-date on the on-going developments of its features and functionalities • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success) to meet technical content needs • Develop accurate, creative, and engaging technical content, across various channels (documentation articles, online training programs, and in-product guidance) • Create, maintain, and improve articles, online learning courses, and in-app text, keeping in step with product developments • Write, edit, and review content independently, working in a structured authoring environment • Oversee translation of documentation articles and online courses, ensuring accuracy and consistency • Stay informed on customer behaviours, product developments, company activities, and industry trends
🎯 Requirements
• English "native" or bilingual French fluent • Proven experience as a technical writer in a SaaS B2B product environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in French and English • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly • Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies • Experience documenting APIs and developer guides • Experience working in a structured authoring tool environment • Ideally you already come with a deep knowledge of climate change and climate action
