• Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation for the carbon and ESG platform • Understand the Sweep app features and functionalities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet content needs • Develop engaging technical content across various channels • Create and maintain articles and online courses • Oversee translation of documentation ensuring accuracy • Stay informed on customer behavior and industry trends
🎯 Requirements
• English 'native' or bilingual French fluent • Proven experience as a technical writer in a SaaS B2B product environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in French and English • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly • Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies • Experience documenting APIs and developer guides • Experience working in a structured authoring tool environment • Ideally you already come with a deep knowledge of climate change and climate action
