Description

• Conduct relational database design. • Develop and maintain FileMaker layouts, scripting, and calculations. • Establish and execute FileMaker maintenance plans. • Ensure secure data sharing using web security protocols. • Perform data migration and ingestion into FileMaker as needed. • Design, develop, and peer review custom FileMaker solutions. • Implement FileMaker reporting systems including output reports and graphical representations. • Integrate FileMaker with other systems such as PowerPoint, Drupal, and Azure Storage Services. • Install and configure FileMaker Server on Windows-based servers. • Select and implement FileMaker extensions and APIs (PHP, REST, FX.php) as necessary. • Serve as a subject matter expert during investigations. • Analyze and provide summaries of contract, records, and database data, including graphic presentations, charts, and written/oral summaries. • Communicate effectively with internal/external departments, law enforcement, government entities, and private sector partners. • Maintain comprehensive documentation and records of system changes. • Provide monthly technical and financial progress reports to the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). • Track and report labor hours, expenditures, funding burn rates, and personnel status. • Ensure compliance with task order deliverables, timelines, and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited educational institution. • CFE or CAMS certifications preferred. • Comprehensive knowledge of FileMaker Pro, Advanced, and Server (Version 19+). • Experience in FileMaker application lifecycle development on Windows servers. • Knowledge of FileMaker relational models, scripts, calculations, reporting, and layout design. • Expertise in custom web development and FileMaker mobile solutions. • Experience with PHP (FX.php API, FileMaker API for PHP) and FileMaker REST API. • Familiarity with HTML and CSS. • Experience with performance auditing and security best practices in high-risk data environments. • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and peer code review processes. • Experience with integrating FileMaker with external systems (PowerPoint, Drupal, Azure Storage Services).
