• Establish yourself as an expert and communicator of Swish’s products and services • Manage day-to-day inbound client inquiries over Slack, email and video conferencing • Identify customer pain points and proactively reach out with solutions for clients • Communicate relevant inquiries and tasks with Swish Trading, Product, Engineering and Data Science teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Sports, or a similar fields • 2+ years’ of relevant work experience in a customer experience position, ideally in a B2B company. • Strong written and verbal communications/presentation skills • Ability to comprehend client inquiries and convey solutions on the fly • Understanding of sports betting and fluency in sports betting odds • Passion and knowledge of the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, and NCAA Basketball + Football • Results driven work ethic – focused on improving processes and results • Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and/or holidays
