🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience B2B business development, sales, or inside sales experience, preferably in healthcare, strong preference for employee benefits; • Experience in health plan/TPA pull-through sales, channel partner pull-through sales, or PBM channel partner pull-through sales; • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with prospects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams; • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with prospects and attend industry events.
