Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.) in a high-growth tech environment. Previous agency experience highly preferred. • Experience recruiting in the digital health, health tech, or SaaS industry is highly preferred. • Relationship Building: Proven ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and hiring managers, with strong consultative and influencing skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Skilled at leveraging data and analytics to improve recruitment strategies, assess pipeline health, and make informed decisions. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent Sword Health’s mission and values to candidates. • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Lever), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting software.
