Description

• Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting • Budgeting, budget analysis, and forecasting • Lead technical accounting projects • Maintain compliance with bank’s CDFI status annually • Ensure timely and accurate reporting for impact-related reports • Provide data for financial assistance awards and impact reports • Monitor regulatory developments for CDFI, ECIP, and impact reporting requirements • Coordinate with internal teams on CDFI and ECIP lending activity • Provide input on new products or services impact on CRA rating and compliance • Crosstrain in financial operations and regulatory reporting • Flexibility to adjust to company growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) in accounting with at least three to five years accounting experience and/or training • Public accounting experience desired • Strong mathematical skills including ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide • Excellent interpersonal skills
