📋 Description

• Symmetrio is recruiting for their client, a multi-national medical device company, for a Clinical Applications Specialist (Clinical Dosimetrist/Radiation Therapist). • You'll provide clinical applications training to customers both on-site and remotely to ensure the customer is well-prepared to obtain training that will enable them to operate their equipment according to a minimum of safe and effective use guidelines with the highest level of satisfaction. • Responsibilities include conducting on-site training sessions, managing customer clinical expectations, and developing training materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in software/hardware training/support, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Suite, Webex, and Salesforce desired. • Understanding of curriculum development process and educational methodology preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent presentation skills. • Change Management skills desirable. • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including weekends and international travel. • Valid driver’s license and passport required.
