• Symplicity is currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients in the Higher-Education space. • The RSM role will report directly the President of International and reside within Europe. • The RSMs will be charged with identifying and closing sales opportunities with the clients managed within their assigned territory, such as contract renewals, up-sells, cross-sells, etc. • Additionally, they will provide a high level of quality of service to our clients. • They will need to demonstrate solution-selling skills and effectively manage internal relationships with the Sales and Client Services departments to ensure complete client satisfaction and meet sales objectives. • We’re looking for a talented, driven individual with great energy, passion and initiative to drive awareness and new business acquisition for Symplicity’s new international division. • The Regional Sales Manager role focuses exclusively on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory, resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
• 5+ years experience selling enterprise technology in a competitive market • Bachelors Degree required (MBA a plus) • Must have experience in a SaaS business • Experience selling into Higher Ed a plus • A track record of hitting quota • Strong technical ability to show application and position value to different stake holders • Based in South Europe, preferably in Barcelona (upon start)
