Description

• Promote and sell needles, syringes, and PPE to hospitals, clinics, and health centers. • Develop and manage business within NHS hospitals and private clinics. • Propose business strategy and sales and channel management plans to sustainably grow the region. • Manage existing customers in the public and private sectors, understanding customer needs. • Identification of new opportunities and new potential customers. • Meet or exceed the annual revenue plan. • Provide clinical demonstrations and instructions on using Sol-M products. • Represent the company at various trade shows or training meetings. • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Sales experience in the medical device or pharma industry (injection, infusion, blood collection, disposable and capital equipment, diabetes). • University degree in nursing, healthcare, pharmacy, biotechnology, or equivalent. • Understanding of the UK market, its health care system, and local business practices. • Basics in contracting, negotiating, and managing hospitals and private clinics business. • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information. • Proactive and the ability to take initiative with a ‘can do’ attitude.
