β€’ Responsible for driving Cardiology Informatics sales growth in the UK&I β€’ Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and demonstrating value β€’ Identify / prospect Cardiology Informatics opportunities for new customer acquisition β€’ Define and execute account strategy across a range of customer accounts β€’ Drive effective funnel management towards sales targets β€’ Collaborate with Cardiology Informatics Specialists and Business unit leaders β€’ Establish meaningful customer partnerships β€’ Engage with customer partners to identify new business opportunities β€’ Develop understanding of customer needs for Cardiology Informatics portfolio β€’ Tailor talks to demonstrate portfolio value with potential new accounts β€’ Partner with Sales Specialists for product expertise β€’ Lead contract negotiations for beneficial terms β€’ Maintain Salesforce.com hygiene for reporting and forecasting

Requirements

β€’ Preferred bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Physiology etc.) β€’ Extensive understanding of Cardiology Workflows β€’ Experience of working with Cardiology KOLs in UK&I β€’ Ability to demonstrate experience of growing Cardiology business in UK&I, by gaining market share β€’ Position and present our Cardiology portfolio at industry events β€’ Deep customer-orientation, track record of ability to cultivate strong customer relationships with key Cardiology decision makers (incl. C-suite) β€’ Proven track record of creating and executing account plans towards Cardiology Sales objectives and delivering commercial targets β€’ Preferred in-depth experience of selling Cardiology products in a clinical environment β€’ Presentation Skills & Basic Demonstration Skills (CVIS, ISCV, UWS, XperIM) β€’ Experience managing a software sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities requiring escalation or acceleration to ultimately deliver on results β€’ Understand how to efficiently leverage specialist knowledge / product resources to develop tailored customer offerings β€’ Able to clearly articulate the value of technical software and/or medical products to a range of customer profiles β€’ Resilient sales mindset able to adapt in a dynamic customer environment β€’ Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) β€’ Quality first and Patient Safety mindset β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
