• Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) business provides innovative IT solutions to solve complex business challenges. • As a Mainframe Business Specialist, you will offer subject-matter expertise and technical specialization for Broadcom. • Assist sales teams in qualifying solutions and architecting customer needs. • Build relationships to understand customer infrastructure and challenges. • Maintain knowledge of Broadcom's products and provide specifications documentation. • Present Broadcom's solutions to support clients' requirements. • Provide technical leadership during trials and demos. • Communicate technical requirements aligning with client expectations. • Foster relationships to develop references and assist account teams with targets. • Evaluate options for executing opportunities without compromising quality. • Coordinate resources to pursue opportunities effectively.

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in Computer Science or a related field. • Typically, 5 or more years of detailed technical industry-related experience, particularly with mainframes. • Proven experience in customer-focused roles with a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges. • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. • Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to work independently. • Fluency in English.
