📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • As a Data Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data used for business decision-making and operations within our organization. • You will work closely with various teams to define data quality standards, monitor data quality metrics, and implement processes to improve data integrity. • This role requires a meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of data quality principles and practices. • Develop and execute data quality assessment strategies to identify and analyze data discrepancies, anomalies, and inconsistencies. • Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with data owners to resolve data quality issues. • Establish and maintain data quality monitoring processes and frameworks. • Monitor data quality metrics and KPIs to proactively identify trends and issues. • Define and document data quality standards, policies, and procedures. • Ensure adherence to data quality guidelines across different data sources and systems. • Conduct data profiling to understand data characteristics, patterns, and anomalies. • Implement data cleansing and enrichment processes to improve data accuracy and completeness. • Collaborate with data stewards, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and priorities. • Communicate data quality findings, issues, and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical audiences. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance data quality management practices. • Implement best practices and standards to ensure continuous improvement of data quality processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven 5+ years of experience as a Data Quality Analyst or in a similar role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying. • Experience with data quality tools and methodologies. • Familiarity with data governance principles and practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional - CDMP) are a plus.
