• Managing AccountsThe job opening for a Sr Account Manager at an international tech company consists of managing relationships with many key clients and building strategies that will lead to the highest level of success. • The jobholder will be interfacing and building relationships with companies trying to hire and build their teams. • They will uncover their core needs, and work on building strategies that will lead to the highest level of success. • Depending on the client, this could include: Discovery calls, weekly meetings, submitting candidates, gathering feedback, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and ultimately doing everything it takes to close and repeat business. • The Sr Account Manager at an international tech company will also be managing the recruitment team. • They will communicate the job requirements to our recruiters and get them motivated to find you the ideal candidates you need to make hires for our clients. • The Sr Account Manager will also be a monumental contributor to helping grow the company. • They will contribute to on-boarding and mentoring new recruits, assisting in training, and ultimately leading their own team.
Requirements
• Strong interest in tech companies • Previous experience as an Account Manager in recruiting/staffing for Tech Companies • At least 5 years experience as a Technical Recruiter • Very strong at building and nurturing relationships • Business-minded attitude • Detail-oriented and goal-setter • Passionate about helping companies • Comfortable being uncomfortable • Desire to explore exciting new industriesRequirements for the Sr Account Manager position: • Desire to explore exciting new industriesCompensation for the Sr Account Manager position: • Competitive base salary + lucrative commissions, stipend for medical benefits and 100% work from home.
