• This is a remote position. • SyncEzy is a growing SaaS Integrations company in the B2B space, focusing on the Trades and Service Industries. • We connect world-class business applications with deep integrations. • At SyncEzy, we prioritize support before sales. • Our strong team of integration specialists provides technical support to our global clientele. • We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team and provide vital support to our sales team in the US and Australia. • This role is key to enhancing both sales efficiency and customer interaction. • You'll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and helpful responses.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS industry. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Experience dealing with international markets (US, UK, Australia). • Proficiency in Zoho, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms. • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to connect with clients on a personal level. • Willingness to learn and apply effective sales methodologies. • Ability to build positive customer relationships through clear and consistent email communication. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
