Description

• Act as the primary liaison between Dashboard Insights and clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs. • Analyze clients’ operational frameworks and metrics to effectively identify and address their needs. • Deliver projects and facilitate implementation training to ensure successful rollout of dashboards to client teams. • Establish and nurture strong relationships, providing post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. • Create support content to help clients understand their dashboards and the value they add to their business. • Consistently monitor and assess product usage to enhance client experience. • Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions and recommendations. • Address client concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively. • Implement measures to reduce the recurrence of issues. • Conduct assessments and analyses to identify challenges and growth opportunities within existing accounts. • Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve products, services, and the overall client experience. • Keep internal teams informed about client needs and expectations. • Collaborate with the sales team to pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts. • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies related to dashboards and analytics. • Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance offerings based on client and market demands.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Executive in the B2B industry. • Proven experience in B2B technology sales, account management, or business consulting, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of understanding and addressing complex client needs. • Excellent interpersonal skills and a personable demeanor suitable for the global market.
