• Collaborate with analytics and development teams to ensure chatbots meet performance goals • Develop two distinct chatbots aimed at enhancing internal operations and client interactions • Design workflows to automate intake, processing, and interpretation of client reports • Continuously monitor chatbot performance and provide recommendations for improvements
• At least 3 years of experience in chatbot development, particularly using GPT or other AI/ML-based models • Strong understanding of diagnostic and descriptive analytics, especially in business operations and accounting • Experience in the accounting or financial services industries • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and chatbot training • Knowledge of prescriptive and predictive analytics (Phase 2 development) • Proficiency in working with analyzing large datasets • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience with Xero Practice Manager or similar systems is a plus • Understanding of data governance and privacy regulations, particularly in financial data contexts • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
