Description

• Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives. • Coordinate the Managing Director’s calendar and schedule meetings. • Manage the Managing Director’s inbox and communication flow. • Track and organize tasks for the Managing Director. • Organize travel arrangements and prepare itineraries. • Prepare agendas, presentations, and take meeting minutes. • Support special projects by conducting research and preparing reports. • Maintain an organized filing system for documents.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience providing administrative support to Australian clients. • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
