📋 Description

• Engage with potential clients to gather technical requirements and provide expert advice on web app development using our tech stack (JavaScript frameworks, Python, AWS) • Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, secure, high-performance web applications aligning with client objectives and technical feasibility • Create and deliver detailed technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that highlight the value and capabilities of Syndicode’s solution • Serve as the primary technical contact during the sales process, addressing client questions and concerns, ensuring a smooth handover to the project delivery teams • Work closely with sales and project management teams to strategize on business opportunities and ensure alignment of proposed solutions with client expectations • Maintain an in-depth understanding of modern web development technologies and cloud services to inform solution design and client consultations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar customer-facing role as a Technical Consultant, Presales, or Solutions Engineer • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered • Fluency in English • Strong experience in web application development, with proficiency in one or more of the following languages and frameworks - Python, Node.js, JavaScript, React.js • Solid knowledge of database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, including cloud architecture, deployment, and management • Understanding of data pipeline creation, data cleaning, and feature engineering • Solid knowledge of AI and machine learning frameworks • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the technical aspects of the sales process • Ability to understand and empathize with client needs and objectives, ensuring that proposed solutions align with their goals • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and project management.
