Description
• As an outside sales representative at Synergy Companies, you will be a key player in our mission to drive growth and expansion. • You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, fostering lasting relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through effective solutions.
Requirements
• At least 2 years proven experience in business development, sales, account management or related college major • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Goal-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets • Ability to work independently and effectively manage your time • Entrepreneurial spirit, taking ownership of sales process • Highly persuasive with honest work and business ethics • Spanish speaking a plus • Previous energy industry experience a plus
