β’ At Synthflow weβre building the easiest way for businesses to create AI-powered phone agents. β’ As a Solutions Engineer, your primary focus will be ensuring the technical and operational success of our enterprise customers. β’ This role combines technical expertise, hands-on implementation, customer engagement, and project management. β’ Lead the technical onboarding and implementation of Synthflow's AI phone agent solutions. β’ Serve as a primary technical contact, troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues. β’ Conduct regular check-ins with customer project leads and host technical workshops with customer engineering teams. β’ Proactively identify and execute the necessary actions to ensure customer satisfaction and success. β’ Collaborate closely with Synthflow's sales, engineering, and customer success teams to deeply understand and deliver on customer needs.
β’ You have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in technical implementation, customer success engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role. β’ You possess hands-on experience with APIs, CRMs, automation tools, technical integrations. β’ You have experience or deep interest in AI/ML technologies and prompt engineering. β’ You excel in clear, effective communication and can comfortably manage both internal and external stakeholder expectations. β’ You thrive in dynamic environments, pay meticulous attention to detail, and enjoy collaborating cross-functionally on small, agile teams. β’ Previous experience at a fast-growing startup or in enterprise-level AI/ML service implementation (Bonus). β’ Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompting (Bonus). β’ Strong understanding of enterprise sales, customer success, and engineering processes (Bonus). β’ Flexibility in working hours to accommodate enterprise customer schedules (Bonus).
