📋 Description
• Identifikation & Rekrutierung von TOP Talenten im Bereich auf dem Markt. • Interaktive Talent Attraction über soziale Netzwerke, wie z.B. Xing, LinkedIn, etc. • Führen von telefonischen Interviews mit den Kandidaten, Koordination und Nachverfolgung des kompletten Recruiting Prozesses. • Mitgestaltung und Entwicklung der Recruiting-Strategien. • Dateneingabe und -pflege im CRM System.
🎯 Requirements
• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten mit Vertriebsaffinität. • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Überzeugungsfähigkeit und strukturiertes, selbstständiges Arbeiten. • Empathischer Umgang mit Kandidaten und Kunden. • Sichere EDV (MS Office) Kenntnisse. • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Rekrutierung sind wünschenswert.
