β€’ About TailorCare: TailorCare is transforming the experience of specialty care. β€’ We take a deeply personal, evidence-based approach to improving patient outcomes for joint, back, and muscle conditions. β€’ This strategic role will lead the FP&A function, providing financial insight, planning, and analysis. β€’ Partner closely across all departments to align financial planning with business objectives. β€’ Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and month-end-close processes among many others. β€’ This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's financial health and strategic direction.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree (required). β€’ MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Healthcare Administration (preferred). β€’ Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. β€’ Experience in the provider-side healthcare services industry (e.g., hospitals, outpatient services, long-term care) is required. β€’ Experience in value-based care is required. β€’ Strong knowledge of healthcare financial metrics, reimbursement systems, and cost management strategies. β€’ Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. β€’ Experience in acquisition and integration of healthcare organizations, including financial due diligence, post-merger integration, and financial performance tracking. β€’ Experience leading a team and partnering with senior leadership. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. β€’ Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial analysis tools (e.g., Sage Intacct, Tableau). β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. β€’ High attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting. β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. β€’ In-depth knowledge of healthcare finance, reimbursement systems, and industry regulations.
