• Bachelor's degree (required). • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Healthcare Administration (preferred). • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. • Experience in the provider-side healthcare services industry (e.g., hospitals, outpatient services, long-term care) is required. • Experience in value-based care is required. • Strong knowledge of healthcare financial metrics, reimbursement systems, and cost management strategies. • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. • Experience in acquisition and integration of healthcare organizations, including financial due diligence, post-merger integration, and financial performance tracking. • Experience leading a team and partnering with senior leadership.
