Description

• Define and execute comprehensive PR and communications strategies. • Secure top-tier media placements in major technology and business publications. • Champion the development and execution of thought leadership initiatives. • Collaborate closely with internal teams for consistent public messaging. • Support comms around our event marketing for major sector events. • Manage overall organic social media strategy. • Potential to select and manage an external agency.

Requirements

• Strong writing and editing skills background. • At least 5+ years experience managing PR and comms at similar-staged technology startups with a demonstrable track record of high impact. • Excellent people skills and the ability to manage up. • Self-starter who can manage multiple projects independently from start to finish. • Hunger to meaningfully grow Tailscale’s brand awareness, especially among technical audiences.
