Description

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) platform, Pigment • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing systems, and identify areas for improvement within the platform • Design and build comprehensive financial models within Pigment to forecast revenue, expenses, and other key financial metrics • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data inputs and outputs within the platform • Architect and implement integration solutions between Pigment and other relevant systems • Develop and refine forecasting methodologies to improve accuracy and provide actionable insights • Build and refine variance analyses, scenario modeling and other reporting • Utilize data visualization tools to present financial data in a clear and compelling manner • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the FP&A team and other stakeholders • Research and evaluate emerging technologies and tools that can enhance our FP&A capabilities • Mentor and develop team members on technical aspects of financial modeling and analysis • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure the smooth operation of the Pigment platform • Effectively communicate technical concepts and financial insights to both technical and non-technical audiences • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and assumptions for forecasting purposes • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful solution delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or a similar role • Proven experience working with Pigment or other comparable financial planning software (e.g., Anaplan) • Strong technical skills, including experience with SQL or other data query languages, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) • Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling principles, forecasting techniques, and data analysis • Experience in architecting and implementing technology solutions • Familiarity with accounting principles and reporting standards • Knowledge of software development methodologies • Experience with cloud-based technologies
