β’ Creating, planning and implementing a strategy for promoting our application on the Meta platform; β’ Independent control and decision-making regarding marketing budgets, scaling and optimization of advertising campaigns to achieve set marketing and business goals; β’ Analysis and optimization of marketing metrics and improvement of the overall flow of user engagement; β’ Constant generation and testing of new user engagement hypotheses to improve targeted CPIs.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing in the field of mobile applications β’ Experience in promoting web products β’ Proven ability to effectively manage a marketing budget of more than $100k per month β’ Analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data β’ Entrepreneurial spirit, to be the owner and driver of the entire direction β’ English level Upper Intermediate and above
