Description

• Support and lead the planning and execution of paid social ads campaigns on Google. • Strategize, develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns for our clients. • Collaborate with the team to create innovative strategies and compelling creative that deliver results and scale. • Ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly and efficiently. • Provide exceptional client communication, maintaining strong relationships and addressing their needs effectively. • Create and deliver client reports, analyze strengths and weaknesses, and adjust strategies. • Implement processes to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• A creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and advertising. • At least 3+ years of digital marketing experience, focusing on social ads (Facebook/Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Google). • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams. • A detail-oriented mindset to ensure accurate execution of campaigns and timely delivery of results. • Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team. • Familiarity with industry tools and platforms related to digital marketing and advertising. • Coachable and open-minded, with a strong desire for personal and professional growth. • Availability during our office hours of 9 AM - 6 PM (EST).
