β€’ Process and respond to client tickets and requests received through our CRM and email channels β€’ Troubleshoot login, navigation, and other technical problems experienced by clients and participants β€’ Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution β€’ Maintain accurate records and documentation in our systems β€’ Adapt to changing priorities and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements

β€’ 5-10 years of experience in a customer service, technical support, or client-facing role, preferably in the financial services or technology industry β€’ Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills β€’ Ability to navigate multiple software systems and learn new technologies quickly β€’ Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues β€’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail β€’ Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
