Responsibilities include providing technical support to enhance platform utilization, developing and delivering training programs and creating educational resources. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align training materials with stakeholder needs and continuously improving enablement strategies based on user feedback to drive product adoption, client growth, and retention. You will be a strong critical thinker, adept at problem-solving and innovative in your approach to challenges.
• 2+ years of relevant experience is Customer Service, HR tech systems, or intern/academic experience. • Intellectually curious and motivated by delivering value to clients • Ability to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations for our customers • Ability to multitask and work on multiple engagements and deliverables simultaneously • Strong critical thinking skills to understand complex issues • Strong written and verbal communication in English. German language is a bonus! • Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage professionals at all levels of the HR organization and respond effectively to questions. • Ability to learn new technologies and comprehend data, with an awareness of the global labor market. • Highly disciplined with a self-starter mentality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Comfortable working in a remote and globally dispersed workforce, with sensitivity to different cultures and backgrounds. • Holds a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent certifications from self-directed educational programs.
