•About Us •We are a leading recruitment agency on a growth path, dedicated to enhancing client partnerships through a new HR Outsourced Partner Program. Our goal is to extend HR expertise as a managed service, empowering our clients with a strategic, compliant, and efficient approach to workforce management. •We’re looking for either a Part-Time or Full-time experienced WFH HR Business Partner to establish this new program, build out the business unit’s systems and processes, and lead a high-performing team. This role offers the unique opportunity to create and scale a division from the ground up while significantly impacting our clients' businesses. •Role Overview •As the HR Business Partner, you’ll be responsible for shaping the HR Outsourced Partner Program to meet client needs, driving the development of HR processes and best practices, and setting up systems for operational excellence. In this strategic leadership role, you will recruit, build, and manage a team, ensuring the program’s scalability and alignment with our clients' business goals. A thorough understanding of HR laws and compliance standards across both Australia and New Zealand is essential for success in this role. •Key Responsibilities •1. Requirements

•Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in HR management, ideally within a recruitment, outsourcing, or consulting environment, with proven experience in developing HR systems and leading HR teams. Our clients are predominantly B2B businesses in the Wholesale, Manufacturing and Distribution sectors. •HR Law Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of HR laws and regulations across Australia and New Zealand, with expertise in ensuring compliance in diverse business environments. •Adaptability & Versatility: Required to work with multiple businesses simultaneously across multiple industries and business sizes •Strategic Thinking and Process Development: Ability to develop scalable HR programs, with experience in creating structured processes, systems, and best practices for an HR service offering. •Leadership and Team Development: Proven success in building, leading, and motivating a high-performing HR team, with a focus on professional development and operational excellence. •Client-Focused Mindset: Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to provide strategic insights and build trusted partnerships. •Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly convey complex ideas to clients and team members alike. •Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification (e.g., AHRI, SHRM) is an advantage.
