📋 Description

• Develop and execute international business development strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion. • Identify and evaluate potential markets, assessing trends, competition, regulations, and consumer preferences. • Build and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and local agencies. • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with partners and clients. • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development, operations) to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. • Monitor and analyze market performance, sales data, and key metrics to evaluate strategy effectiveness. • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging markets, and competitive developments. • Ensure company mission, vision, and values are understood and aligned with distributor partners. • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in business administration and 5+ years of experience in international sales & marketing within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company, or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of similar experience. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English. • APAC experience (particularly Korea and Japan). • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment. • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Initiative and ability to work independently and proactively. • Strong leadership and teamwork skills. • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Respect for diversity and commitment to inclusion. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant digital tools. • Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 25% of the time). • Valid passport, driver's license, and reliable transportation. • Ability to meet physical and mental demands of the job, including occasional lifting, extended periods of screen time, and working in various environments.
