• We are seeking a skilled and creative Listing Marketer to join our dynamic team. • As a Listing Marketer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the visual appeal and compelling content of our property listings. • Your primary responsibilities will include editing and sequencing property photos, identifying properties with unattractive design elements, generating unique and captivating copy for each listing description and title, and updating presentation materials with stunning property photos. • The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, exceptional copywriting skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding user experience.
Requirements
• Proven experience in editing and managing property photos, preferably in a hotel, real estate or related industry • Strong eye for design and attention to detail • Proficient in using photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) to enhance visual content • Excellent copywriting skills in English with the ability to generate unique and compelling listing descriptions and titles • Familiarity with AI-powered language generation tools (e.g., ChatGPT) is a plus • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for updating presentation materials • Familiarity of Guesty PMS and Slack is a plus • Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously • A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
