• We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Manager. • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving traffic, generating leads, and improving conversion rates through innovative and data-driven marketing strategies. • Establish repeatable best practices for launching new dietary supplement products. • Help define KPIs for tracking SEO success. • Create and implement a plan for blog and page content consolidation. • Build and implement strategies to get the “high buy intent” product pages to rank organically as #1 on Google. • Implement A/B testing to determine what iterative changes on Product pages increase conversions. • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using analytics tools. • Oversee website content updates and improvements, ensuring a seamless user experience and alignment with SEO best practices. • Define and leverage reports on the performance of inbound marketing campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inbound marketing, with a focus on SEO and Google Analytics. • Proficient in SEO tools & checklists (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, heatmap tools, CMS platforms & website publishing (e.g., Shopify). • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions and willingness to conduct experimentation on various marketing methods. • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. • Innovative mindset with the ability to develop and implement creative marketing solutions. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong working relationships. • Deep interest in subject matter, preferred experience with health and wellness, nutrition, dietary supplement related content.
